Brazilian-Style Smoked Beef Tagliere
A fusion of Brazilian and Italian flavors, this dish features tender smoked beef served with a side of crispy sautéed vegetables and creamy tagliere sauce.

- ●1 lb Smoked beefThick-cut, preferably smoked in-house
- ●2 Xerismed onionsChopped, caramelized onions
- ●1 tsp Brazilian chili flakesAdds a spicy kick
- ●1 cup Tagliere sauceHomemade or store-bought
- ●2 tbsp Olive oilFor sautéing
- ●3 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●1/4 cup Fresh cilantroChopped, for garnish
- ●to taste Salt and pepper

2. Season the smoked beef with salt and pepper. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, or until tender.

3. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
