Ethiopian-Inspired Dabo Stew

- β2 tsp Ethiopian spices
- β2 tbsp Apricot jam
- β2 tbsp Xtra olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Bitter melon
- β2 cloves Garlic

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, 5 minutes.
