Gobi Aloo Stir Fry

- β2 medium, peeled and diced potatoes (aloo)
- β2 tablespoons xtra-virgin olive oil
- β1 teaspoon chewy garam masala
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
