Grilled Date and Xtra Skewers
A delicious and healthy snack or side dish made by grilling dates and xtra on skewers, perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients

- β1 bunch Xtrasuch as asparagus or zucchini
- β1 package Mediterranean skewerssoaked in water for 30 minutes
- β1 cup Chewycotton string or twine
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread a date onto each skewer, followed by a piece of xtra.

Leave a small space between each date and xtra.

Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
