Ukrainian Meat Dumplings
A hearty Ukrainian dish featuring meat dumplings served in a savory broth, typically served as a comfort food during colder months.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Ground MeatBeef or a combination of beef and pork works well
- β1 package (usually 20-25 dumplings) Ukrainian DumplingsHomemade or store-bought is fine
- β1 medium, finely chopped Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1 cup, dried and cubed Chewy BreadOptional, adds thickness to the broth
- β2 tablespoons Xtra Virgin Olive Oil
- β4 cups Water
- β1 teaspoon Dried Dill
- βchopped, for garnish Fresh Parsley

1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
