Argentinian Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole filled with the flavors of Argentina, featuring creamy stracciatella cheese and argentinian ground beef.
Ingredients

- β1 small Casserole
- β1 cup Stracciatella cheese
- β1/2 cup Xtra sharp cheddar cheese
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive oil

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the casserole according to package instructions.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.

Stir in the salt, black pepper, and cooked casserole.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
