Creamy Plum Tea Sandwich
A classic British-inspired tea sandwich filled with fresh plum and creamy cheese.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Plum jam
- β8 ounces Cream cheese
- β2 Fresh plums
- β2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- βto taste Salt
- β4-6 leaves Fresh mint leaves

1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

2. Slice the bread into thin pieces.

3. Spread a layer of plum jam on each bread slice.

4. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth.

5. Add sliced plums to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.

6. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the plum jam.

7. Place a layer of sliced bread on top of the cream cheese mixture.
