Venezuelan Chicken Empanadas
A delicious twist on traditional empanadas, filled with flavorful chicken and spices, inspired by Venezuelan cuisine.

- β3 xtra large garlic clove
- β4-6 empanadas
- β1 cup shredded venezuelan cheese
- β1/4 cup chopped 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- β1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon olive oil
- β1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- β1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β1 1 eggfor egg wash

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
