Vietnamese Beef Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with ground beef, noodles, and Vietnamese-inspired seasonings.
Ingredients

- β1 package NoodlesRice noodles or egg noodles work well
- β2 tablespoons Xtra Hot Sauce
- β2 tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
- β1 tablespoon Vietnamese Fish Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- β1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 tablespoon Ginger

Cook noodles according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add soy sauce, fish sauce, and peanut butter to the skillet and stir to combine.
