- β1 Turkey neckcut into large pieces
- β1 medium Crisp onionchopped
- β3 cloves Xtra garlicminced
- β2 tsp Ethiopian spicesberbere, niter kibbeh, salt
- β2 cups Waterfor cooking
- β1 tsp Wot spice mixstore-bought or homemade
- β1 medium Crisp tomatodiced

1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat.

2. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add turkey neck pieces and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
