Beef Gnocchi Bolognese
A classic Italian pasta dish made with ground beef, gnocchi, and a rich tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Ground beef
- β1 package Gnocchidried
- β1 tsp Crisp italian seasoning
- β2 tbsp Xtra virgin olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β28 oz Canned crushed tomatoes
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Bring the sauce to a simmer and let cook for 10-15 minutes.

Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce and toss to combine.

Serve hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese if desired.
