Tunisian Stuffed Chwinamul
A flavorful and aromatic dish originating from Tunisia, featuring chwinamul stuffed with a mixture of tunisian spices and xtra cheese.

- ●2 tsp tunisian spice blendavailable at most middle eastern markets
- ●1 cup xtra cheeseshredded
- ●3 cloves crisp garlicminced
- ●2 tbsp olive oilfor brushing
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Wash and dry the chwinamul. Cut a horizontal slit in each to create a pocket.

In a bowl, mix together the tunisian spice blend and xtra cheese.

Stuff each chwinamul with the spice and cheese mixture.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the crisp garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the stuffed chwinamul to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chwinamul is tender.
