American Chicken Burger
A classic American-style burger topped with crispy chicken and fresh ingredients.
Ingredients
- β4 oz chicken breastpounded to 1/4 inch thickness
- β1 burger buntoasted
- β2 slices american cheesemelted
- β1 head lettucefresh
- β2 slices tomatoripe
- β2 slices crispy baconcrumbled
- β1 tbsp mayonnaiseor to taste
- β1/4 cup xtra sharp cheddar cheeseshredded

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.

Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F.

Meanwhile, toast the burger bun and cook the bacon until crispy.

Assemble the burger by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom bun, followed by a slice of cheese, a few pieces of lettuce, a few slices of tomato, and finally the cooked chicken.
