Crispy Duck Leg Confit
A classic argentinian dish combining the tender confit duck leg with the crunchy xtra crispy skin. This recipe is a must-try for any poultry lover.

- β2 tablespoons Confit spice blendavailable at most spice stores or online
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon Herbs de provencedried
- β2 tablespoons Xtra virgin olive oilfor frying
- β1 teaspoon Crispy seasoning blendavailable at most spice stores or online
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the duck legs with confit spice blend, garlic, and herbs de provence.

Heat the xtra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the duck legs until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the duck legs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is tender and the skin is crispy.

While the duck legs are baking, mix together the crispy seasoning blend and a pinch of salt.
