Crispy Tofu Stir Fry

- β1 package mu shudried
- β2 tablespoons xtravegetable oil
- β1 cup crispychopped scallions
- β1 teaspoon chinesesoy sauce

Heat xtra in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
