Crispy Wonton Gyoza

Ingredients
- β1 package Wonton wrappersavailable in most Asian grocery stores
- β1 package Gyoza fillingyou can also make your own
- β2 eggs Crispy egg mixturebeaten with a fork
- β1 tsp Egyptian spicesa blend of paprika, cumin, and coriander
- β1 tsp Xtra crispy seasoningor to taste
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oilfor frying

Instructions

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a small bowl, beat the eggs and mix with Egyptian spices and xtra crispy seasoning.

Place a wonton wrapper in the egg mixture and coat both sides evenly.

Place a tablespoon of gyoza filling in the center of the wrapper.

Fold the wrapper into a triangle and press the edges together to seal.

Fry the gyoza until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
