Crunchy Bresaola Wrap
A simple and flavorful wrap filled with crunchy vegetables and cured bresaola. Perfect for a quick snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- β6 oz BresaolaCured beef
- β2 tbsp XtraOlive oil
- β1 cup CrunchyShredded lettuce
- β1/2 cup SpanishChopped red onion
- β1 WrapLarge flour tortilla

1. Slice the bresaola into thin strips.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the xtra and a pinch of salt.

3. In a large bowl, combine the crunchy, spanish, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

4. Warm the wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

5. Spread the xtra mixture onto the wrap, leaving a small border around the edges.

6. Arrange the bresaola slices on top of the xtra mixture.

7. Add the crunchy mixture on top of the bresaola.

8. Fold the bottom edge of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap into a tight cylinder.
