Argentinian Empanadas with Taleggio Cheese Filling

- β8 ounces taleggio cheesesoftened at room temperature

- β1 teaspoon argentinian seasoning

Roll out the empanada pastry and cut out circles of dough.

Combine the softened taleggio cheese, olive oil, and argentinian seasoning in a bowl.

Spoon a small amount of the cheese mixture onto the center of each dough circle.
