Ukrainian Frittata

- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
- β1/2 pound Ukrainian sausagecasing removed, crumbled
- β1 cup Xtra-sharp cheddar cheeseshredded

In a large skillet, cook the Ukrainian sausage over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, until browned and cooked through.

Add the chopped fresh dill and parsley, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl and stir to combine.
