Venezuelan Shrimp Ceviche
A refreshing Venezuelan dish made with succulent shrimp marinated in a zesty mixture of fresh lime juice and spices.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Fresh lime juice
- β1/4 cup Mixed onions
- β2 tablespoons Xtra-virgin olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Ceviche seasoning
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
- β1/2 teaspoon Fresh aji amarillo pepper

Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Cut the mixed onions and aji amarillo pepper into small pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, onions, and aji amarillo pepper.

Pour the fresh lime juice over the shrimp mixture and stir to combine.

Add the ceviche seasoning and salt to the shrimp mixture and stir to combine.

Drizzle the xtra-virgin olive oil over the shrimp mixture and stir to combine.
