Argentinian Beef Stew
Hearty and flavorful beef stew from Argentina, slow-cooked with tender meat and vegetables.

- β1 pound beef stew meat
- β1 large onion
- β2 medium gobo
- β1 large burdock
- β2 tablespoons xtra virgin olive oil
- β1 cup stewhomemade or store-bought
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from pot and set aside.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add gobo and burdock and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

Add stew and stir to combine.

Return beef to pot and add salt and pepper to taste.

Bring to a boil, cover pot, and transfer to the oven.

Bake at 300Β°F for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until beef is tender.
