Shrimp Toast
A Mediterranean-inspired appetizer featuring succulent shrimp on toasted bread.
Ingredients
- ●1/2 cup, shredded Gooey Cheese
- ●2 tbsp Xtra Virgin Olive Oil
- ●1 tsp Mediterranean Oregano
- ●12 large, peeled and deveined Shrimp
- ●4 slices, crusty bread Toast

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, oregano, and a pinch of salt.

3. Place shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil mixture, and toss to coat.

4. Bake shrimp in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until pink and fully cooked.

5. Meanwhile, toast bread slices in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly browned.

6. Top each toasted bread slice with a cooked shrimp, followed by a sprinkle of gooey cheese.
