Thai-Style Khanom Krok
A popular Thai dessert, khanom krok is a steamed rice cake topped with coconut milk and sugar.

Ingredients
- β2 cups rice flourpreferably sweet rice flour
- β1 cup coconut milkfull-fat coconut milk
- β1/2 cup sugargranulated sugar
- β1/4 teaspoon xtrasalt or xtra to taste
- β1/2 cup khanomcoconut cream or khanom paste
- β1/4 cup krokcoconut oil or krok oil

Mix rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, and xtra in a bowl.

Add khanom paste and mix until combined.

Heat krok oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Pour batter into a khanom krok mold or a mini cast-iron skillet.
