Tunisian Bresaola Tagine

- β2 tablespoons Tunisian balsamic vinegar
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1 teaspoon Coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
