Spicy Thai Chicken Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry dish featuring chicken, vegetables, and Thai spices. Can be customized to suit your taste preferences.
Ingredients
- β1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs chicken
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil xtrasuch as peanut or canola oil
- β2-3 Thai bird's eye chili peppers, sliced prik
- β2 cloves garlic, minced southern
- β1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli) nam
- β2 tablespoons fish sauce malty
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar southern

1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
