Grilled Poke with Syrian Pepper
A flavorful and healthy poke dish made with grilled fish, topped with a spicy Syrian pepper sauce and crunchy xtra.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup xtracrushed
- β2 tsp pepperySyrian pepper
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor grilling
- β1 tbsp lemon juicefor marinade
- β1 clove garlicminced

Marinate the poke in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the poke for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145Β°F (63Β°C).

Meanwhile, mix the crushed xtra and Syrian pepper to create the spicy sauce.
