Venezuelan-Style Ceviche
A refreshing and flavorful dish from Venezuela, made with fresh fish marinated in citrus juices and spices.

- β1 pound Fresh halibutCut into small pieces
- β2 tablespoons Silky soy sauceOptional
- β1/2 cup Venezuelan orange juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup CevicheHomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons Xtra lime juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantroChopped

1. In a large bowl, combine the halibut pieces, soy sauce (if using), orange juice, ceviche, and lime juice.
