French Style Chicken

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the skillet.
