Smoky Chicken Kebabs
A delicious and flavorful kebab recipe with a smoky twist. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- β500g Chicken breastcut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp Smoky olive oilor regular olive oil with a pinch of smoked paprika
- β2 tbsp Xtra virgin lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Mediterranean seasoningor a mix of oregano, thyme, and rosemary
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β10-12 Wooden skewerssoaked in water for 30 minutes

2. In a large bowl, whisk together smoky olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and Mediterranean seasoning.
