Norwegian Smoky Potato Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole featuring smoky Norwegian potatoes, roasted vegetables, and a crispy xtra topping.

- ●1 cup, shredded xtra cheese

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel and dice the Norwegian potatoes. Boil in salted water until slightly tender.
