Slovakian Grilled Skewers with Hazelnut Glaze
A twist on traditional Slovakian skewers, these are slathered in a rich hazelnut glaze.

- β1 pound Slovakian sausage
- β2 red bell pepper
- β1 large onion
- β1 cup mushrooms
- β1/2 cup hazelnutschopped
- β2 tablespoons brown sugar
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β10 skewers
- β2 cloves garlicminced

Preheat grill to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Thread sausage, red bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and garlic onto skewers.

Brush skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
