- β8 oz Taleggio cheese
- β2 tbsp Smoky xtrasmoked paprika
- β1/2 tsp Salt
- β1/4 tsp Black pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the empanada dough and cut out circles.

Place a spoonful of taleggio cheese in the center of each circle.

Sprinkle with smoky xtra, salt, and black pepper.

Fold the dough in half to form a triangle and press the edges to seal.
