Steamed Monkfish with Yorkshire Pudding Crust

Ingredients

- β2 xtra large eggsfor Yorkshire pudding
- β1 cup all-purpose flourfor Yorkshire pudding
- β1 cup milkfor Yorkshire pudding
- β1/4 cup vegetable oilfor Yorkshire pudding
- β1 tsp special hot sauceto taste
- β1 tsp british seasoningto taste
- β1 package yorkshire pudding mixfor Yorkshire pudding

Whisk eggs, milk, and hot sauce in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, British seasoning, and yogurt (if using).

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
