Irish Beef Stew
A hearty and flavorful beef stew originating from Ireland, perfect for a cold day. This recipe is a classic take on a comforting dish.

- β2 medium Onion
- β3 medium Carrot
- β3 large Potato
- β1 cup Red Wine
- β2 cups Beef Broth
- β2 teaspoons Irish Stew Seasoning
- β2 tablespoons Xtra Virgin Olive Oil
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pot and set it aside.

Add the carrots and potatoes to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
