Spicy Chicken Stir Fry
Savory and spicy, this chicken stir fry is a quick and easy meal to make. Serve over rice for a well-rounded dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound boneless chicken breast
- β2 tablespoons xtra virgin olive oildivided
- β1 teaspoon sriracha sauce spicy
- β2 cloves garlic, minced japanese
- β1 cup mixed stir-fry vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli) chicken
- β1 tablespoon soy sauce japanese
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

5. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

6. Add the mixed stir-fry vegetables to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
