Spicy Beef Curry in a Bowl

Ingredients

- β1 teaspoon spicyground cumin and coriander
- β2 cloves syrianminced garlic

- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1 medium gingergrated
- β1 can tomatodiced
- β1 teaspoon cuminground
- β1 teaspoon corianderground
- β1/2 teaspoon cayenneoptional
- β1 can coconut milkfull-fat

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
