- β1/4 cup Apricot Jamhomemade or store-bought
- β1/2 cup Sweet Apricotsdiced
- β1 cup Wateras needed
- β1/4 cup Vegetable Oilfor greasing the pan

In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix and water until smooth.

The batter should still be slightly lumpy.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
