Spanish Paella with Sweetcorn
A delicious and traditional Spanish dish featuring sautéed ingredients and a flavorful paella rice. Serve with a side of garlic bread or a green salad for a well-rounded meal.

- ●1 medium Tender Sweet OnionsChopped
- ●1 teaspoon Spanish Smoked Paprika
- ●1 cup Sweetcorn Kernels
- ●1 cup Paella Rice
- ●1 can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes
- ●2 cups Vegetable Broth
- ●to taste Salt

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the smoked paprika and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the sweetcorn kernels and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the paella rice and stir to combine with the vegetables and spices.
