- β1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighscut into 2-inch pieces
- β2 greengreen olives, pitted
- β2 tendertender zucchini, sliced
- β1 tunisiantunisian spice blend
- β2 tablespoons curry pastered or green curry paste
- β2 tablespoons xtra-virgin olive oil
- β1 taginetagine (or Dutch oven) with lid

Heat the oil in the tagine over medium heat.
