Spicy Korean-Style Tofu Soup

- β2 tbsp xtra virgin olive oilfor cooking
- β2 cups gukKorean-style broth
- β1 tsp korean chili flakesoptional, for extra heat
- β1 tsp velvety soy saucefor added depth
- β1 bunch green onionschopped, for garnish
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1-inch piece gingergrated

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
