Grilled Wagyu Kebabs with Egyptian Spices
A flavorful and aromatic dish featuring tender Wagyu kebabs, infused with the essence of Egyptian spices and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β500g Wagyu beef cubesCut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tsp Egyptian cumin
- β1 tsp Egyptian coriander
- β1 tsp paprika
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β10 kebabsSoak in water for 30 minutes
