Ingredients
- β8 oz rigatonipasta of choice
- β1 cup xyloiddiced
- β1 cup silkysliced
- β1 cup braziliandiced
- β4 oz pastaadditional pasta for topping
- β1/2 cup parmesan cheesegrated
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor cooking
- β1 tsp saltto taste
- β1 tsp black pepperto taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook rigatoni according to package instructions.

Add xyloid, silky, and brazilian. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
