Yak and Ycitrusy Biryani

- ●2 cups biriyani ricesoaked and drained
- ●2 tbsp gheeclarified butter
- ●1 inch gingergrated
- ●2 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 tsp cuminground
- ●1 tsp corianderground
- ●1 tsp turmericground
- ●to taste salt

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
