Garlicky Samjang Wrap
A spicy Korean-inspired wrap filled with garlicky sauce, samjang, and wrapped in a crispy yuba or tofu wrap.

- β1 tbsp samjang
- β1 piece yuba or tofu wrappreferably crispy
- β1 slice cucumberthinly sliced
- β1 slice carrotthinly sliced

Instructions

Heat garlicky sauce in a pan over medium heat.

Add samjang to the pan and stir until combined.

Warm the yuba or tofu wrap in the pan for about 30 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spreading the garlicky samjang mixture on the wrap.

Add cucumber and carrot slices on top of the mixture.
