Tunisian Pastry Bites

- β2 tbsp Tunisian Spice Mix
- β1 cup Crisp Rice
- β1 tsp Sugar
- β1 tbsp Water
- β1 tsp Yeast
- βpinch Salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out pastry sheets and cut into 1-inch squares.

Mix Tunisian Spice Mix, sugar, and water in a small bowl.

Sprinkle crisp rice evenly onto one half of each pastry square.

Dollop a pinch of yeast and salt onto the rice.
