Croatian Gibanica Bread
A delicious Croatian-inspired bread filled with the flavors of gibanica, a traditional Croatian cheese pie. Perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients

- β250g Gibanica
- β10g Yeasty
- β1tsp Salt
- β5g Sugar
- β20g Butter

Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F) and grease a baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together yeast and 50ml of warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine gibanica, sugar, salt, and butter. Mix well.

Add the yeast mixture to the gibanica mixture and mix until a smooth dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Punch down the dough and shape it into a round or oblong shape.

Place the dough in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
