Polish Quesadilla
A unique twist on traditional quesadillas, incorporating Polish flavors and crunchy texture.
Ingredients

- β2 cups greenshredded
- β4 quesadillawhole wheat tortillas
- β1/2 cup yeastyyeast extract or active dry yeast
- β1/4 cup crunchychopped walnuts or almonds
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

In a bowl, mix together green, pepper, and yeast extract.

Lay a quesadilla flat and sprinkle a quarter of the green-pepper mixture onto half of the tortilla.

Fold the quesadilla in half and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the tortilla starts to crisp.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the other side is crispy and the filling is heated through.

Repeat with the remaining quesadillas and filling.
