Thai Shrimp Dumplings
A simple and delicious Thai-inspired dish made with shrimp dumplings, perfect for a snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- β1 package (20-24 wrappers) yeasty dumpling wrappers
- β1 pound, peeled and deveined shrimp
- β1 can (14 oz) fluffy coconut milk
- β2 tablespoons thai red curry paste
- β1 cup tom yum sauce
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- βchopped (optional) green onions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, coconut milk, curry paste, and tom yum sauce. Mix well.

2. Lay a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface. Place a tablespoon of the shrimp mixture in the center of the wrapper.

3. Fold the wrapper into a triangle by bringing the two opposite corners together to form a point.

4. Press the edges together to seal the dumpling.

5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

6. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the dumplings for 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface.

7. Remove the dumplings from the water with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
