Stuffed Grape Leaves (Dolma)
A traditional Middle Eastern dish made with grape leaves stuffed with a mix of rice, meat, and spices.
Ingredients
- β12-15 leaves Grape leaves
- β1 cup Ricecooked
- β1/2 cup Ground lamb
- β1/2 cup Onionchopped
- β1 tsp Spicesground mix (cumin, paprika, salt)
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Soak grape leaves in water for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling by mixing cooked rice, ground lamb, onion, and spices.

Place a grape leaf on a flat surface, with the stem end facing you.

Take a tablespoon of the filling and place it in the center of the grape leaf.

Fold the stem end over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the leaf into a neat package.

Repeat with the remaining grape leaves and filling.

Place the dolmas seam-side down in a steamer basket.

Steam the dolmas for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
