Peruvian Pudding Dessert
A creamy and sweet Peruvian-inspired dessert made with condensed milk and pudding.
Ingredients
- β1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- β1 packet yeasty pudding mix1.5 oz
- β2 cups peruvian milk
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β1 tbsp butter
- β1/4 tsp salt

1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

2. In a medium saucepan, combine condensed milk, pudding mix, and salt. Whisk until smooth.

3. Add milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter to the saucepan. Whisk until well combined.

4. Pour the mixture into 6 ramekins or small baking dishes.

5. Place the ramekins in a large baking dish and add hot water to come halfway up the sides of the ramekins.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set.

7. Remove the ramekins from the water bath and let cool to room temperature.

8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.
